A quick, practical guide to Topics, Logs, review, rewards, and your wallet.
1) Overview
TopicLogs.com is a platform to collect and organize information across different topics.
It’s not social media — the goal is not personal opinions or emotional posts, but
neutral, evidence-based entries that can be referenced later.
A strong entry answers:
- What happened?
- When and where?
- What is the proof or source? (links, screenshots, images, documents)
This is also different from Wikipedia: you don’t write a single long article.
Instead, each topic grows over time as a list of logs (short entries with sources).
2) What is a Topic?
A Topic is the title of a specific subject, person, event, question, or issue
under which information is collected.
Examples:
- A complete timeline of an event
- Statements and actions of a public figure
- Facts and evidence around a dispute or issue
- A player/team performance record and key stats
- Interesting facts about nature, wildlife, or environmental change
- Important updates in science, technology, or research
Over time, new information is added inside the same topic as Logs.
3) How to create a Topic
- Go to All Topics and search first.
- Click Create Topic / New Topic.
- Write a clear, specific title and a short summary.
- After creating, start adding logs under the same topic.
4) No duplicate Topics
If a topic already exists for the same subject, do not create the same topic again.
Search first — and if it exists, add your log inside the existing topic.
Note: The platform may remove any topic at its discretion.
5) What is a Log?
A Log is a single entry added under a topic — it can be information, a link, a reference,
an image, a video, or a screenshot — but it must stay neutral and topic-focused.
A good log is usually about one point and includes:
- What happened
- When/where it happened
- Where the information came from
- Proof/source (link, screenshot, image, document)
6) How to add a Log
- Open a topic page and click Add New Log.
- Write a clear title and a focused body (stay on this topic only).
- Add references (links, screenshots, documents) whenever possible.
- Attach images/media that support your point, if needed.
-
Each log goes into Pending first. After review, it can be approved (public),
or rejected with a reason.
7) No duplicate Logs on the same Topic
Don’t submit the same content twice on the same topic.
If you already submitted a similar log, update/improve the previous one instead of repeating it.
Note: The platform may remove any log at its discretion.
8) Accounts & login
- Click Create account (or use supported sign-in options, if available).
- Once logged in, you can create topics, write logs, follow topics, and manage your wallet.
9) Images & media
- Use clear, readable images that are directly related to the topic.
- Keep file sizes reasonable (for example, under 2–3 MB each).
- Where possible, include source/credit for images or documents.
10) Review & moderation
- Admins (and in some cases topic owners) review pending logs.
- Logs may be approved, rejected, or sent back with a reason/suggestion.
-
Content that breaks rules (hate, personal attacks, spam, illegal content, or privacy violations)
will be rejected and may lead to account restrictions.
11) Follow & notifications
- On any topic page, click Follow to receive updates.
- When new logs are approved on topics you follow, you’ll see notifications.
- Use the bell icon at the top to open your notifications list.
12) Rewards & bounties
- Some topics may be reward topics (bounty enabled).
- When rewards are enabled, approved logs on that topic may earn payouts.
- Reward amounts, conditions, and availability are subject to change.
13) Wallet
- Your Wallet shows balances, deposits, withdrawals, and reward history.
- Deposits and withdrawals are processed by admins according to policy.
- Make sure your account/payment details are accurate.
14) Important rules
- No duplicate topics: One subject = one topic. Search first.
- No duplicate logs on the same topic: don’t submit the same log twice.
- Use respectful language — no hate, threats, or harassment.
- Do not post illegal, extremely graphic, or privacy-violating content.
- Respect copyrights and only upload material you have the right to share.
- Aim for accuracy: add sources, dates, places, and context.
15) Need help?
If you’re not sure how to create a topic or write a log, start small:
browse a few existing topics, read their structure, then add one evidence-based entry.
Over time it becomes very natural.
